FROM THE FOUNDER

I am a supply chain and inventory management professional with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations improve service levels, optimize working capital, and turn complex data into practical, executable decisions. My career spans global automotive, consumer goods, food, over the counter medications, logistics, and distribution environments, where I’ve led teams, transformed processes, and delivered measurable operational and financial results. 

MY GOAL

As the Founder and Lead Consultant at Inventory Management Solutions, my goal is to partner with organizations to diagnose the root causes of inventory and service challenges and translate analytics into quantified, decision‑ready opportunities. My work covers end‑to‑end inventory and supply chain optimization—from discovery and data validation through analysis, roadmap development, and implementation support. I focus on practical, sustainable improvements in areas such as inventory segmentation and right‑sizing, safety stock and service‑level optimization, demand planning and forecasting, and process and policy design. Engagements are grounded in data reality and supported through governance, change management, KPI development, and ERP, planning, and BI enablement.  My approach is collaborative, transparent, and results‑driven. I work closely with leadership and operating teams to ensure recommendations align with business realities and deliver measurable outcomes. Whether leading teams, implementing systems, or advising clients, I focus on turning insight into action and embedding improvements that are sustainable over the long term.

MY CAREER AND SOME ACHEIVEMENTS

Before launching my consulting practice, I held senior leadership roles across multiple organizations. Most recently, as Director, Purchasing & Inventory Management at Bestbuy Distributors Limited, I led a team responsible for more than 1.4 million SKUs from over 300 suppliers supporting approximately $200M in annual sales. During my tenure, I improved fill rates from 85.3% to 94.5% and reduced dead stock by over $1M through targeted returns, promotions, and disposition strategies. These results were achieved through detailed analysis, role redesign, and hands‑on team development. 

Earlier in my career, I spent more than five years with Jaguar Land Rover North America as Manager, Parts Operations, where I strategically planned the parts and accessories business across retail, warehouse, and vendor partners. I successfully led the Canadian implementation of new retail and 3PL business systems, negotiated freight services that improved on‑time delivery from 95% to over 98% while reducing annual shipping costs, and designed a Just‑In‑Time consignment‑based accessory program that generated more than $8.7M in revenue and $706K in operational savings. We believe in data-driven marketing. Our team will help you track and analyze your marketing campaigns to measure their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. We'll help you use analytics to make informed decisions about your marketing strategy.

I also spent several years with IMAX in progressively senior roles, including Manager, Global Service Inventory, Manager, Change Management, and Project Manager. In these roles, I managed a team responsible for forecasting and deploying service parts across 15 international depots supporting approximately 700 theatres in more than 50 countries. I improved global fill rates to 97% within six months and managed large‑scale change initiatives supporting SAP deployments in North America and China. 

Earlier experience includes planning and inventory leadership roles with Hain‑Celestial Canada, Nadiscorp Logistics Group, and Nissan Canada, where I managed national and regional forecasting, inventory deployment, vehicle and parts planning, and cross‑functional supply chain teams. Across these roles, I consistently improved service levels, reduced inventory and days of supply, implemented new forecasting models, and redesigned processes to improve efficiency and decision quality.
